All the solar power produced onsite is owned and maintained by Sea Spirit to benefit the residents. 

The onsite production is shared from the network before any excess is exported. Instead of unused solar energy going back to the grid, it provides a way of enabling it to continue circulating amongst the community  so that more value can be gained by all.  As Sea Spirit grows the network is designed to use a proposed large onsite  battery to future proof your energy supply and maintain the lowest pricing locally for clean carbon neutral power.

What is an embedded network?

Embedded networks are made up of the pipes, wires and utility infrastructure within your building or precinct; it can include electricity, gas, hot water, and air conditioning services. These networks may enable you to take advantage of any energy efficient or renewable energy technology in your building and the energy buying power of its occupants.
